Sprayed

I did not heed the weather warnings. By the time I finally got to my stop on the train line, it was still raining. No big deal, really because I figured I could just run (sorta) for it. Boy, was I wrong. Ok, I was fine with being semi-wet up until the point a person was driving too fast in the parking lot. Apparently, and I had not seen this before, the lot gets slightly flooded. This person kicked up a wave of water that saturated me from the waste down. My legs went numb. I just stood there for a second in complete disbelief. That was less than amusing. I hope my shoes dry out by tomorrow!!!
