Adventurous for a Picky Eater

At some point in the last few months, we had extra fruit tart in the refrigerator so I decided to give it a try. Call me surprised when I actually ate all the fruit on the top of my piece. I love strawberries, drink a lot of orange juice, and even started eating grapes again last year. Beyond that, my fruit eating was pretty limited.

I can now say that I’ve eaten (and enjoyed) blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and even kiwi. I think trying kiwi was the most adventures I’ve been. I did try, but didn't like the pineapple. It's a little to fiberous for me. It didn't taste too bad, but the texture was just too funky for me.

The interesting part is that I still don't like the smell of blueberry concoctions, but don't mind them fresh. Then again, I'm that way when it comes to strawberries. I'm not a huge fan of strawberry-flavored things, but love fresh strawberries. I know, I'm strange. At least I'm eating new fruits.

But I think I ate one too many blueberries tonight.
