The Mysteries of The Big Dance
It is apparently that time of year again when a bunch of college basketball teams play a bunch of games in order to get the "final four" and the "big dance". I can't say I've followed much basketball over the years. The last time I tried watching a game years ago the last 30 seconds of the game seemed to take 5 minutes. Call me crazy but I just couldn't get the game.
It is also the time of year where a bunch of people get together on ESPN and do "bracketology" to predict which team will win each match-up. This year I was invited to participate for a few "clams". So to a degree I picked my teams based on names and some of it based on the blurbs written up by ESPN. There was a bit of guessing involved, that's for sure.
Fingers crossed. Even if I do poorly (I keep thinking back to the first horse I picked ages ago), I think there will be some fun to be had.
