That's A Lot of Magazines

I realized that I had a pile of magazines growing on my night table that needed attention and I sept several hours running through them. Once I finished grad school, I decided that I had enough time to read magazines again. I grew up watching This Old House and always wanted to subscribe to the magazine so I finally did last year. It was long overdue. In September I discovered Real Simple. That's a cool magazine with little tips and hints.

I seem to have developed an obsession with cooking magazines in the last few months. Since I have to pay a little more attention to my diet, I started subscribing to Cooking Light. I also pick up a cooking magazine or two on the fly.

Needless to stay, I've managed to develop quite a stack of magazines to go through over the last few months. What I've been doing while reading an issue is pulling out the articles or bits that really interest me. I have a (disorganized) file of everything I've pulled out so far. I have a bunch of decorating ideas and more recipes to try than I know what to do with. I think this is probably the closest thing I have to a non-computer hobby.
