There’s Nothing Wrong With Eating Healthy

One of my coworkers was making fun of me this morning because I was eating bite-size apple pieces. You know what they say about an apple a day, right?

From what I hear, they are good for lowering bad cholesterol so I figure between an apple a day and a bowl of oatmeal (fortified with extra calcium), I have to be on a good track.

My coworker did give me a reprieve as I was finishing up a bag of Easter M&M’s last week. If you had to ask, M&Ms are probably my favorite commercial candy but I also have a soft spot for dark chocolate. Hey, they also say that dark chocolate, in moderation of course, is good for you too. And I’m not just looking for ways to justify eating chocolate, thank you very much!
