Commuting Fiascos Come In Threes
Had a difficult commute into work between passenger injury, wire problems and signal failure. All in all, thanks to the expensive train, I arrived only about 15 minutes later than usual. With the flooding, I was worried all day if the tracks would stay above water.

Big Daddy Update
Overnight more pages were added to the Google index. This site has jumped from 10 indexed pages up to 35. It seems like the pages with the most internal links are more likely to make it into the index at this point with the new Big Daddy rules.

Roll Me Away
This morning one of the regular cars rolled out of it’s spot and blocked a lane at the train station’s parking lot. Apparently there's more to the story because the older gentleman that owns the car has no memory the car. I think the Cop was in pure amazement over the whole thing.

Are They Actually Allowed To Require That?
A friend of mine has to get a physical for her new job. The doctor conducting the physical told her to change her primary doctor to the office. Can they really do that? Is the employer requiring her to use a specific doctor? Is the employer trying to use my friend’s current insurance to cover the physical instead of paying for the "business expense" themselves?

Taking a Peek at Ruby
I'm taking a look a Ruby and Ruby on Rails, a framework. Turns out the language itself has been around for about a decade but Rails brought it’s popularity to the forefront in the last year or so.
