Full Moon is Over

Ever notice how more crazy things seem to happen when there’s a full moon. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday and the full moon has passed. It’s been a crazy week. Work had me moving at a fairly faster pace this week. I had to put in a couple extra hours this week. I’m definitely ready for the weekend.

Tuesday I stopped quickly at the train station to cash in a service guaranty voucher (they are more than 15 minutes late and they’ll give me a few bucks back). As I approached the line, I saw what looked like money on the ground. I had already found a dime on the train. Sure enough, it was a $5 just sitting there on the ground. I picked it up and looked at the customer service guy behind the desk with the “what do I do” look. He pointed back at me to say “it’s yours” so into my bag it went. Sweet. I have a tendency to find a lot pennies with the occasional nickels, dimes and quarters, but I don’t think I’ve really even found a buck before.

I’m trying to think what else happened this week. My car stopped rattling. It’s been making weird noises sometimes but not all the time so I haven’t gotten around to trekking north to take it to the dealer. It’s quiet again, thank goodness. Watch, now that the full moon is over, she’s going to start rattling again.

Definitely ready for a nap...
