It Was the Modem

So after was all said and done, it turned out the cable modem went bad. Since I rent from the cable company, it was a relatively quick swap-out job once he figured out the line was in good shape. At least no new cable needed to be run.

The only weird part was that the guy started playing around with my TV remove for some unknown reason. I can’t complain because I’m back in the fast lane again!
