Just Say Cheese

My friend’s baby was baptized yesterday so Mom and I attended. When we arrived at the church, I realized that I had forgotten my camera, grrrr. I really had planned on bringing it but somewhere along the line I basically had to run out the door. My friend needed someone to take pictures with her camera and looked at me and Mom. Mom said I take better pictures (I do?) so I volunteered. I hope they come out ok. A bunch of the ones I took seemed to come out dark but thank goodness for digital. Dark photos can be fixed at least.

In the sprit of the occasion, I decided it was well past time to upload my photos to Flickr. Aside from making it easier to share photos, it should also be a good backup method. Now if I could just hookup a scanner, I could move over the non-digital pictures that I have. I will admit, I do prefer the look and feel of really old photos. But for the semi-recent snapshots, I can’t see a reason not the turn them digital.
